Jarrods — The Staircase Company

The Jarrods Family

We think of our team as more of a family than a business — and it shows in the way we work. From owners and designers through to the craftsmen who install every staircase, everyone here shares the same commitment to quality and care.

Craftsmanship at Every Stage

Jarrod and Sherelle work closely with our marketing team, photographers and interior designer, who shoot all of our professional photography, so much of the work you see on our website was captured by the people who made it. We want every customer to enjoy a relaxed, stress-free experience from start to finish, because that level of care is something we believe is fast becoming a dying art.

Whether your staircase is contemporary or classic, every piece is created by craftsmen who bring the quality, skill and attention of times gone by. At Jarrods, we take real pride and pleasure in giving our customers the bespoke service they deserve.

GET IN TOUCH

Staircase renovated by Jarrods. Service start to finish was exceptional. We went from a dark wood staircase to a contemporary oak with powder coated black spindles, what a wonderful difference! The quality of the finish is outstanding. Special mention to all the contacts Peter, Jarrod, Claire and the fitter Jason (he did a fabulous job). So pleased with it and now just waiting for the new carpet.

A Team That Stays Together

Because we work the way we do, you won't be passed from one stranger to the next as your project moves along. The designer who first visits your home, the craftsmen who build your bespoke staircase in the workshop and the team who fit it on installation day are all part of the same close-knit group, and many of them have worked together for years.

That continuity makes a real difference. Everyone knows their part of the process inside out, communicates easily with the rest of the team, and takes genuine pride in seeing a project through from first sketch to final polish. It also means that whoever you're speaking to, you're dealing with someone who understands your staircase and treats your home with the same care and respect they'd give their own.
