Once you are happy with your quotation, we return to carry out a digital laser survey, which is converted into a detailed 3D drawing for you to approve before any manufacturing begins.
Working this way allows us to produce a single continuous handrail that flows uninterrupted over as many floors as needed. Each spindle is then drilled into the concrete and individually resin anchored for a strong, permanent fix. If you would like to go a step further, we can also fit new solid oak treads and risers over the existing concrete for a complete transformation.

Styles, Designs and Finishes
Because every set of spindles is made for the property it goes into, the design is entirely yours to shape. At Jarrods Staircases we source our wrought iron from Italy, working it into curved, straight or twisted designs depending on the character you are after. A traditional twist suits a period or rustic property and complements existing features elsewhere in the home, while cleaner straight bar designs sit comfortably alongside more contemporary interiors. Wrought iron also mixes well with other materials, so your spindles can be paired with finely finished timber or glass panelling rather than standing alone.
The finish is where the look is really settled. Every spindle can be powder coated in a satin, gloss or textured finish, and the colour is chosen from the full RAL range rather than a short list of standard options. Powder coating fuses dry powder to the metal surface, which creates a smooth, hard-wearing finish that resists scratching and fading and keeps the staircase looking its best for years.
