In Their Words

We contacted Jarrods because the ash stairs in our house were too steep for us to manage. Jarrods were totally professional and exact from start to finish. We now have a beautiful oak and glass staircase which has been reversed, rising from the kitchen end, thus creating much more room in the entrance hall.
The build was carried out with almost military precision but what we liked particularly was that Jarrods made sure to know what we wanted, at the same time explaining the options, and listened to what we had to say. Everyone we spoke to in Jarrods was totally professional and keen to do their best for the customer.
They do a survey, send a CAD design keep in contact and explain the process. We had to lift the upstairs carpet in preparation. The team of craftsmen arrived when they said they would, protected our flooring, and we could see they take the utmost care and pride in the job. They explained how the oak (and glass) is prepared and cut at their premises. We were consulted at every stage. The job took three days of meticulous fitting and finishing.
This is a considerable investment in a home but it has been worth it to have such a beautiful feature staircase in the centre of our home which attracts admiring comments from visitors. And we don’t have to dread going up the stairs anymore…

Staircase renovated by Jarrods. Service start to finish was exceptional. We went from a dark wood staircase to a contemporary oak with powder coated black spindles, what a wonderful difference!
The quality of the finish is outstanding.
Special mention to all the contacts Peter, Jarrod, Claire and the fitter Jason (he did a fabulous job).
So pleased with it and now just waiting for the new carpet.

My wife and I recently engaged with Jarrods Staircases for the installation of a new floating staircase in our home, and we are extremely happy with the results! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience was seamless and professional, with no attention to detail overlooked.

The range of staircases on offer was extensive to say the least, and the Jarrods design consultant provided valuable advice and options that fully suited our requirements and helped reach our final decision. This process was not rushed in any way whatsoever and we ended up with our perfect design. Our staircase not only looks stunning but is also constructed with very high-quality materials, ensuring high levels of safety and durability. Every detail, from the handrails to the floating steps, is a true reflection of the exceptional workmanship employed.

The installation team was punctual, courteous, friendly and highly skilled. They worked efficiently and paid close attention to every detail throughout the installation process. We were very impressed with how well the crew maintained a clean workspace and their commitment to minimising unavoidable disruption and mess in our home.

The finished staircase is now a new focal point in our home, adding a modern touch that elevates the entire area. We’ve received countless compliments from friends, visitors and family who are amazed at how beautiful and functional it is, and commenting on the quality of the craftsmanship.

Jarrods stands out for its fantastic customer service, the team was always available to answer any questions and ensured we were completely satisfied at every stage. When we did raise one or two minor points of concern along the way, these were attended to immediately and effectively. It is clear that Jarrods value their customers and take pride in their work with nothing being too much trouble.

Based on this we would highly recommend Jarrods for anyone looking to enhance their home with a new designer staircase. They exceeded our expectations and delivered a stunning product that we will enjoy for years to come! Thank you, Jarrod and team!

We have had an extraordinarily positive experience working with Jarrods The Staircase company.
The results are way beyond expectations, totally transforming our property with the staircase central as you enter the house. It sometimes feels difficult to believe that we have such a quality centrepiece as our hallway!!
However, the care & attention from every member of the team is what has really elevated our satisfaction with the whole experience. Greg, our design guru, Paul the surveyor, Adam our installer & Claire coordinating everything from the office have made “going the extra mile” just normal. Nothing has ever seemed too much trouble & they have each contributed to an incredible outcome.
If you are thinking of doing anything with a staircase, seriously, look no further!

What a fabulous experience throughout, and what an incredible work of art of a staircase that we have ended up with!

From designer Martin’s knowledgeable, professional approach taking us through Jarrods vast range of available options, to surveyor Neil’s quietly effectively role as measurer-in-chief, and then brought to life by master craftsman Matt and his meticulous eye for detail. And, of course, all backed up by Claire and the friendly, helpful team back at HQ.

We couldn’t be more pleased – if it wasn’t so much of a “once in a lifetime” purchase we wouldn’t hesitate to use Jarrods again. Highly, highly recommended – if you want the best, pick Jarrods!

I would like to say thank you for the job on our staircase, Jill and I are very pleased with it.
We came down to your unit, up the stairs to meet you both and the stairs looked brilliant. So we were in the right place to get ours done. Gabriel and Neil did very well to go through it all with us, great. Then Chris arrived and what a job he has done here excellent from start to finish. Our lounge has been changed for the better, he was on time and left after cleaning up the site every day. He does like his cups of tea! We can’t fault the job, it’s really excellent. Regards Jill and Graham Case

We recently refurbished our home and replaced a bland 80’s plank style staircase with a beautiful oak and glass staircase from the team at Jarrods. Right from the design phase, through the survey and final installation, the Jarrods team have made things very easy, enjoyable and have provided a very professional service. The after sales support and project management has been amazing and the installation team were real craftsmen that did a wonderful job and were fun to work with. The final installation has transformed the internal appearance of our home and all of our friends and neighbours have said the same. We now have a very modern and contemporary staircase that has created a very open, light and easy on the eye environment for us – exactly what we wanted. We also loved the way the designer introduced some innovations like ‘all glass’ corners, which avoided the need for corner posts to make things more open and a feature step. The removal of the old staircase and installation was also fully completed in less than a week, with all waste being removed and our home being left clean and tidy. These also helped reduce costs so that we had a cost effective solution that was much appreciated. All-n-all a first class experience with a 5 star service. We would highly recommend Jarrods expert staircase team to anybody considering a new staircase.

A top quality company to deal with, very efficient staff from sales to service to installation and administration, Jarrods use top quality wood materials which can be seen in the finished project. Matt our fitter was knowledgeable, polite, kept disruption to the minimum and left the site clean and tidy each day. All in all a pleasant experience and a 5 start job.

Our experience with Jarrods was excellent from start to finish. Martin was wonderful with my parents at the start of the project and he took so much care and time with them when he visited to get the right staircase made for them that would appropriately meet their needs. We felt very confident and well-informed throughout. The design and make phase was fast and efficient and when it came to installation they were outstanding. Anna accompanied the installation and ensured that everything went well. My mum and dad were delighted and everything was done in a fraction of the time we expected. They even took the trouble to refit stairgates. Wonderful company – we highly recommend them :)
