Jarrods — The Staircase Company
In Their Words
Every Jarrods staircase is designed and built for the people who'll live with it. Here you'll find honest words from the homeowners we've worked with — their experiences, their finished staircases and what it was really like to work with our team from first design through to final installation.
Jarrods renovated our staircase back in 2015, giving us a classic oak and glass staircase which still looks as good as when they first fitted it.
For various reasons we needed to fit another bannister on the wall side. We wanted Jarrods to do the work, especially after seeing the work of a local fitter.
Chris and Rio did an excellent job as you can see from the pics. They also looked over the staircase, polishing and waxing where they thought it needed it. They worked hard and tidied up thoroughly – they were a credit to Jarrods!
The bannister has future proofed our staircase in a lovely way.

Absolutely delighted with our new staircase. Our high expectations were met and beyond. Professionalism at its best from the first enquiry to the end product. Our fitter, Adam, was brilliant and couldn’t have done anymore to be helpful – an absolute star ⭐️. I would recommend Jarrods without reservation.

From the Survey, detailed design and installation team (Chris and Rio) could not fault them with a very professional attitude and work.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family, in fact to anyone.

My experience with Jarrod’s Staircases ltd is a very positive one indeed, from start to finish!
Gabriel, one of their designers, was so helpful when he came to our home to showcase their large selection of options for a staircase renovation.
The fitters were also superb and very efficient, completing it ahead of the schedule.
The online communication also cannot be faulted, with clear emails from the team regarding my installation.
Our new Oak and glass staircase looks amazing!
