Absolutely Superb! Rhys and Kieran have been amazing from day 1 through to completion, everything has gone like clockwork. Nothing too much trouble, they have definitely gone the extra mile for us! We are delighted – Workmanship is the best we have ever experienced. Superb job by wonderful craftsmen.

Really pleased with the end result!! Would highly recommend!

Superb Service and Excellent craftsmanship! Professional and courteous at all times. Many thanks.

A thoroughly professional job, taking into account a couple of subtle changes on site.

I have to say that the finished staircase exceeded our expectations, which is a testament to the excellent craftsmanship and professional approach by the guys on site! Many thanks

We found Jarrods having searched online for ‘bespoke staircases’. We saw some images of their completed staircases on the website and we knew instantly that was how we wanted our staircase to look. When Jarrods visited our house we immediately found them so approachable and Jarrods after sales team have been amazing – the customer service is incredible.

We couldn’t believe that Jarrods installed the staircase in 1.5 days! They delivered exactly what they said they would and we cannot recommend them enough!

Jarrods knew exactly what sort of design we wanted and how a minimal style would fit in with the other modern renovations we had already completed in our house. The design process was simple which meant the time frame from the initial concepts to completion was very quick!

Their designer, Roger was so professional and we couldn’t recommend him enough.

The staircase took just three days to install meaning minimal disruption and installation work which was fantastic!

We have just had our stair case refurb, when you took our order you told us you would be sending the best fitters.
Well you were not wrong, the guys well excellent.
Top class job, I’ve worked with aircraft fitters that were not as good as these guys, their attention to detail is excellent.
Everything was left clean and tidy, please pass on my comments to the management.

I am extremely pleased with the way the job was done. Rhys and Kieran were Fantastic! They kept the house clean at all times and considering the job that was undertaking, I was very impressed. I can’t find the words to say how pleased I am with the finished staircase, It looks Fab. An excellent job with attention to detail, I would recommend Jarrod’s to everyone!
