In Their Words

I am so pleased with my stunning new staircase, it looks beautiful.  From the first visit to design to quote, follow ups and most of all the fitting. Craig and Cameron fitted my staircase and what polite, hard working, neat, clean and tidy young men they are, in fact they are the most professional guys I’ve had work in my house in a long time. Nothing was to much trouble and they run me through from start to finish what they were doing. Nice to see fitters turning up extra early and working into the evening , very rare these days.  Their work is exceptional and we are both so pleased with our stunning new staircase, it’s transformed our home. They are a credit to your company.

Thank you again for anyone who had an involvement in making us two very happy customers.

Kindest Regards
Allison and Marc Das

Jarrods understood exactly what we wanted to create and how important it was to let as much light in as possible.

The design and installation process was so fuss-free, quick and the workmen were fantastic!

The installation was so quick and professional.

Jarrods weren’t afraid to try something new. They had never installed the clear spindles before as they were brand new to their range but we loved them as they fitted the brief perfectly and Jarrods were keen to use them on the right project – which ours was!

We would like to take this opportunity to compliment the two young men, Rhys and Kieran for the work done on our staircase this week.

They worked so hard, with great confidence, precision and care. It was a pleasure to have them around the house and they were very friendly and polite. They were keen to please us and to uphold the reputation of Jarrods. Good customer service combined with crafted skills is becoming rare these days. They obviously take much pride in their work and are a great asset to your company.

Our stairs were completed on Thursday ahead of time, I was out all day and left before Craig and Baz arrived, it was a lovely surprise to walk in an see it for the first time – I was blown away as it was much better than I think I had expected.  Those cranky old under-stairs doors gone!!  (Yipeeeee)

Please thank Craig and Baz for me, they did a superb job and are very efficient at what they do, I understand that Baz was the apprentice, and he completed his first newel post on our job – tell him well done, it is a professional job and Craig must be a great teacher.  Even with my husband winding them up at times……….

Many thanks to you all once again.  You are a great team!!

I would just like to send an e-mail to say how absolutely delighted Glyn and I are with our new oak staircase, skirting boards and oak floorboards. The end result is better than we could have hoped for, and we really feel our hall stairs and landing has the wow factor now.

We were so impressed with the professionalism and dedication shown by both Rhys and Keirion and by the time they left us felt like part of the family. We have had many many workmen at our home over the years but none impressed us as much as the two skilled members of your workforce did. We were delighted from start to finish and would not hesitatge to recommend you to anyone.

Many many thanks from two happy and very satisfied customers, we look forward to having more home improvements with you in the future.

My wife and I took a lot of time trying to locate a good staircase installation company. We started by searching the web and created a shortlist of four companies, one of which was a national major. We invited each to discuss our requirements and provide us with a quotation. Jarrods stood out for its customer orientation, attention to detail and competitiveness. The installation included a staircase and a small bridging gallery. The work was completed in two days. The installation team were professional, worked clean and delivered a high quality job. We were also pleased with the aftercare package and maintenance guidance that we received. It is almost a year since the work was done.. It is easy to maintain and requires little effort to sustains its impact. We remain delighted with our choice.

After looking at a number of websites of companies advertising staircase renovations, we chose yourselves. You appeared to be a company that offered a more personal service. From that point, sales and surveyor (Roger and Paul) and the two lads that carried out the work, it was a nice experience to work with people that were interested in what we wanted to achieve.

We agreed for the work to be carried out and a start date for them to start. The two guys, Nick and Craig arrived with us early morning, within the hour they had set up all their machines and work began.

The men worked long hours, always cleaned up at the end of the day, even putting their cups back in the kitchen before leaving. By the end of day three they were saying their goodbyes and we were looking at a lovely new staircase!

Please thank your team for doing a great job, taking the time and interest in making sure we were happy with the finished job.

Everyone I have dealt with has been most professional, polite and given me good information. The company was recommended to us by our neighbours, and we have also been pleased with the work, and we too will pass on a recommendation!

Your lads did a great job! Very professional, very tidy, and we are absolutely delighted!!
