In Their Words

Absolutely Fantastic!

I am writing to say how pleased we are with the service we have received from Jarrod’s. Your fitters, Nick and his apprentice Matt have done a really fantastic job and we’d be grateful if you would pass on our sincere thanks to them both. Their workmanship is first class and their attitude, timekeeping and general friendliness made it a pleasure to have them around. They worked incredibly hard over the two days they were here, often re-doing certain tasks until they were completely happy with their work. Moreover, upon completion of the job they were in no hurry to leave until we were completely satisfied with the finished product.  We were also very happy with your salesman John Dowle and your surveyor Paul Hanson. We particularly liked John’s warm and friendly personality and his honesty and the fact that he took a lot of time to understand what we were looking for. The best thing we liked about John was the fact that he offered ideas and suggestions without being “pushy” about them. John certainly secured the job for you. Paul was excellent value in that he went to some length to explain technical issues and areas which we would need to address upon completion of the work e.g decoration touch ups and he also described how the fitters would tackle various aspects of the work.

In summary, were felt very comfortable with every aspect of the project from beginning to end and we are very happy with the end result. Our grateful thanks to John, Paul, Nick and Matt.

I’m sure you’d like to know that we have recommended your firm, and my nieces friend has asked for the name and address of your firm, so good news!

We’re very pleased with the new staircase and your joiners worked very hard and enthusiastically!

It has been a few weeks since you refurbished our staircase, we waited until the carpet etc., had been done to complete the picture and are extremely pleased, it has made a difference and looks beautiful.
The installation team (especially Andrew) were very good, worked hard, tidy and kept us informed in the process throughout, a credit to your company.
We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone wishing to have a similar installation.
With best wishes
Janet and Graham Zambra

From our first meeting with John Sadler who was knowledgeable and very friendly, at once an installation date was agreed , everything ran like clockwork.  Rhys and Kieran were our fitters they were very professional. They took care in our home, clean workers, always sweeping up and very very polite.
Our completed stairs has more than lived up to our expectations and we are thrilled.
An excellent team all round. A winning combination!

The team at Jarrods delivered an exceptional staircase with quality workmanship – they were pleasant and kept the disruption to a minimum. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Excellent work from Sales, Survey, carpentry, back office and all the team

We would recommend Jarrods to anyone looking to renovate their staircase. Their service is fantastic.

The small details such as choosing the width of the spindles made all the difference. We had the option of a very thin, modern design but liked the gentle curve of this particular style. It mimicked the curve of the staircase itself. It was simple yet stylish and classic – perfect for creating an entrance fitting with the style of the property and size of the entrance hall.

The small spotlights inset into the staircase frame were a fantastic addition that not only add that crucial contemporary touch but look absolutely incredible when lit at night!

We were passionate about installing a staircase that would reflect the blend of modern and classic style in our home and from the outset it was clear that Jarrods shared our vision. When Jarrod visited our home on his first site visit he understood immediately what we were trying to create – he’s so passionate about what he does and this is reflected in all aspects of Jarrods from the design phase to installation process.

I am incredibly pleased with my new staircase. Everything I’ve experienced throughout the process has impressed me greatly.

From my initial contact to the follow-up visit, I was given nothing but straightforward and practical guidance. Because of this, the new staircase is not only functional it’s also a stunning piece of design.

I had high expectations for the installation but these were surpassed so much more than I could have imagined. The installation team turned up on time, to the minute! What followed was a masterclass in carpentry.

They took pride, time and effort in what they did and the structure of the stairs was in place by the end of day one! By the end of day two, it was complete and they left the house without the trace of a mess.

I could not be more pleased with my new staircase and take every opportunity to show others what’s been achieved. With Jarrods, you not only get what you pay for, you get far, far more!
