In Their Words

I am writing to say how pleased we were with the recent work carried out by Jarrods to refurbish our existing staircase and landing. The final result has transformed the appearance of three areas of our house and brought it right up to date.

The fitters concerned, Andrew and Liam paid great attention to detail throughout the installation and pour thanks goes out to them for an excellent job.

Prior to the installation, Roger Burton and Paul Hanson were most helpful in the sales and survey phases and we are grateful to them for the advice they provided.

You clearly have an excellent workforce at Jarrods and we’d have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone planning a similar project.

We have recently had our bespoke oak and glass staircase installed by Jarrods staircases. The result was excellent. Adam the Carpenter was brilliant and took pride in his work. We couldn’t be any happier with the result. From start to finish they have been very professional and would highly recommend them.

We have just had our oak and glass staircase fitted and are absolutely thrilled with the result. Nick came on his own and completed it in the two days. He was very punctual both days and was very obliging throughout and also did a couple of little extra bits for us. He even came back on his day off to fill in the gaps our less than straight walls had exposed! All the staff we dealt with from start to finish were very nice and nothing was too much trouble. We would certainly recommend Jarrods to anyone 100%. In fact we have a friend who was the first to see it and he has said it’s just what he wants in his home! Many thanks Jarrods!

Not an everyday purchase, but a seamless experience in which Jarrod’s folk consistently delivered. What was staggering was the work ethic of the two carpenters, who, having driven for over three hours to arrive at 9am, worked solidly until 8pm on both days onsite. Should they ever tire of carpentry, an opera company will gladly take them on! There was informed consultation on fine points such as the direction of grains.

For the price, slightly cheaper than their major competitor, we naturally expected excellence, and were not disappointed. Quite simply, there were no negatives.

I have just had a new staircase fitted by Jarrods. The experience from start to finish was second to none. Sales were superb not pushy but knowledgeable and explained what would happen if I pursued the order. The carpenters were brilliant arrived early and got on with the job but consulted me as an when required. Very tidy and very little remedial work has been required.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending jarrods in fact I already have.

Just had an oak staircase fitted by Jarrod’s.

Excellent service from my initial phone call through to completion of the job. The team of carpenters arrived punctually, worked 10-hour days and left the job spotlessly clean and tidy.

I have not a single criticism.

Fantastic from start to finish! Very professional, highly skilled and a pleasure to have in our house during the fitting. Delighted with our lovely staircase and would highly recommend Jarrods over other companies.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. All staff were of highest quality, professional, Knowledgable, polite. They were very careful indeed and took a lot of pride in what they did and were extremely respectful that they were in your house. Would certainly recommend Jarrods to anyone thinking of having a staircase done. Top Quality.

Professional, efficient and honest throughout.

Nick and Jim did an amazing job on my modest residential staircase. I’m a very difficult customer to please and like things done to exacting standards.

The work met those standards and I can’t believe how relatively mess free and painless the job was given it’s at the heart of a house. I simply can’t recommend these people highly enough. Craftsmen!!
