In Their Words

We found all of the Jarrods team to be professional, helpful and friendly, especially Craig who installed our oak and glass staircase.

We are delighted with our new staircase and are very pleased that we took the decision to go with Jarrods for this work.

Excellent service from beginning to end, no pressure selling and silly ‘discounts’, survey that came up with solutions rather than problems and a first class fitter who went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the final result. Thoroughly recommended.

From initial consultation to the final walk around, Jarrods have been outstanding in terms of professionalism and quality of finish.

Nick spent four very long days ensuring my staircase was installed to the exact details, paying particular attention to the finishing touches.

I can’t thank or recommend them enough. Will upload photos one the decorating and floors have been completed.

This is undoubtedly the best company I have ever dealt with. From the first contact to the completion of my new staircase it was a most professional and efficient job. From meeting Greg the salesperson it was clear that I would be a valued customer. Paul the surveyor completed the survey and I was surprised when he was able to give me an installation date the same day. There was a short waiting time. Adam the Master carpenter completed our installation. He worked non-stop and produced a fabulous job. We are highly delighted. Thanks to Jarrods we now have a beautifully renovated oak and glass staircase.

First I would like to thank Sue who made all my ideas possible, she listened to every required detail and also gave me her ideas into the mix. She has been a breath of fresh air! I told my wife before hand that I had a good feeling about Jarrods and Sue, who I spoke to many times regarding the arrangements. Sue was very helpful to get close to our budget and we were very happy with the quote. Jarrods as a team are amazing from start to finish, the workmanship is 10/10 no hassle, no problem. I recommend this company hands down. My experience again with Jarrods was wonderful, a big thank you from us!

Absolutely delighted with the transformation of our staircase. The dated stained pine monstrosity has been crafted into a stunning oak and glass central feature.

Liam and Andrew did a superb job. I can’t thank them enough. The finish is immaculate.

Recently had a glass and oak staircase installed by Jarrods. The whole process from sales to completion has been seamless. Andrew (fitter) worked hard and long taking every pride in his work, he did not stop for a break the whole time he was here. He was polite and professional. One of the other things I liked about Jarrods was they did not feel the need to refer to their competitors which was not the case when another company came to quote for the job. Would highly recommend this company.

Jarrods recently carried out our staircase renovation January 2018 £6000 The experience has been brilliant from start to finish. The work took 2 days, and I have to say, the 2 carpenters were a joy to watch, their attention to detail was fantastic. Didn’t even have to decorate after.
Thanks looks amazing.

The renovation completely exceeded our expectations!!
