Our staircase looks absolutely awesome, we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from initial meeting, our detailed survey in which Paul and Ben took considerable time to get everything perfect for our complicated project, to the outstanding and talented craftsmanship demonstrated by Andrew, Reece, Adam, liam, Rav and even Jarrod himself! All were a pleasure to work with and we cannot speak highly enough of their enormous skill, work ethic and the pride they each take in their job which has resulted in a fabulous, flawless finish. Our huge thanks to all the team, with particular thanks to Andrew who led on our project.

I just wanted to thank all the Jarrod’s team that we’ve dealt with who have been part of our beautiful staircase update from it’s previous dated white painted wooden panelling. 

Our initial consultation with Mike D provided us with the Jarrod’s backstory and product understanding, highlighting the key values and quality being applied to each product, but never in a pressurised selling way.

The architects review a few weeks later backed up the professional approach Jarrod’s operates under.

However, our biggest thanks go to Craig who did the install. He was respectful, courteous, ensured we were happy with what he was doing as the install progressed, and left the area tidy at the end of all 3 days he was with us. It was great to see a craftsman working with such obvious love and care of what he was doing.

He has delivered a beautiful, unique and premium product which has managed to surpass our expectations and will I’m sure last our lifetime. The contents of the illuminated wine rack will not last anywhere near that long !

Extremely satisfied with our new staircase. First rate service from start to finish. The salesman was very professional – no pressure selling, just sound honest advice. The surveyor was thorough, with attention to detail and gave us excellent advice. Our fitter was brilliant. He arrived at 8.00 a.m. after setting off from home at 5.20 a.m. and worked solidly for 2 days. He was a skilled craftsman, pleasant to have in our home and produced a result that we are delighted with. We’re really pleased we chose Jarrods as opposed to the other two companies we got estimates from.

What a refreshingly professional experience from start to finish! The whole project was well explained, appropriately priced and superbly implemented; the sales team, the surveyor and the installation team knew exactly what they were doing, were courteous and professional and a credit to Jarrods as a organisation. If there was more than one staircase in our house we’d have no hesitation in using you guys again!!! LOL! Many thanks for a job well done – the staircase is absolutely fab. Nice job!

We initially made contact with Jarrods through an internet enquiry, hearing back from them the same day when an appointment was booked for their representative to call. The initial consultation and design was carried out to a high standard which gave us great confidence in this company especially the way they do business with the price that they quote – offer no deals or incentives – that is the price for the staircase – we knew immediately what we were paying. Having agreed the initial details and placed the order the quality of the survey that took place was outstanding, spending 2 hours measuring and confirming with us all the details, together with putting additional provisions in place as it was not known exactly how the current staircase was constructed so additional components where order – without an increase in price, to ensure that everything would be on sight for the installation. He even drove back to the house after 15 minutes as he had thought about something else and needed to ensure he had taken additional measurements. I was able to book in advance of this survey a provisional installation date to fit in with other works that I am having completed that was subsequently confirmed. The two fitters – Rhys and Rathan arrived exactly in time and to my complete amazement had disassembled 75% of the original staircase within the first hour. They were both absolutely amazing throughout the three day installation which was carried out to an exceptionally high standard in every way. The attention to detail was truly fantastic, continually checking with me how I wanted things done if there was more than one way of doing it. It made me feel that I had a great involvement in the construction process as I had done in the design process. Every night they left my house in an immaculate condition checking with me each evening was I happy with how they had cleared up where they had not only used a dustpan and brush but brought their own vacuum cleaner as well. It was a pleasure having them work in my house. They were both a great credit to their company acting as true ambassadors. 

The finished staircase had ‘surpassed my expectations’ something that I did not believe possible as I am a very very fussy and particular person around my house. I can truly just say “OMG”!!! 

I cannot recommendation Jarrod’s enough to anyone if you are considering have a new staircase. 

The whole experience was brilliant and the ‘icing on the cake’ was when I received a phone call from Jarrod personally the evening the staircase was completed. For the owner of the company to take the time to contact me personally to check that I was happy with my staircase is something I was not expecting and shows me that this company deserves all the success that it has achieved and I sincerely hope that it continues to grow as Jarrod and all his team are all true professionals.

An excellent service from start to finish, two full days work saw the removal of the old staircase and installation of the new stainless steel, glass and oak staircase that has transformed the look of our hall and stairs. Very tidy and considerate fitters made it a pleasure to deal with Jarrods who went the extra mile to provide and manage a great product installation.

I can’t tell you how pleased Jeanette and I are with our new staircase and especially how pleased we are that we chose your company.

After the initial meeting with Mike Dunleavy and subsequent meeting with Richard Jones our expectations were high.

All the potential problems that we were concerned about were addressed, without the short intake of breath and negative response, we received from the other company we asked to quote.

Although we were fairly confident, we have had similar feelings before. I am a stickler for detail and very rarely feel completely happy with the tradesmen and usually end up quite disappointed.

There always seems to be something that spoils whatever it happens to be; new bathroom, new kitchens, extension, fireplace, decorating etc.

As soon as I met Nick my instincts told me he was okay, my instincts, for once, were right…. He was amazing, he seemed very aware of how traumatic it can be to have a stranger in your home tearing it to pieces, 

so went to great lengths to make it as painless as possible.

All the potential problems, I was concerned about, he solved without any fuss whatsoever, nothing was too much trouble. 

The final result is everything we could have wished for and looks like it has come straight out of your catalogue. 

It’s just over a week since the installation and usually, by now, I would have found something wrong but despite my best efforts, I haven’t. it looks perfect!

We had fully expected the refurbishment of our staircase to make a difference but even our high expectations were outstripped. We are absolutely delighted with the finished project and, now that it has been carpeted, it is undoubtedly the centre of attention in our home. As the original staircase was installed in 1969 we had expected (and were pre-advised) that remedial work to the walls etc would be necessary. Although this was the case, the remedial work took me only 1 hour to complete – a testament to the professionalism of Andrew and Liam’s work. I have no hesitation in recommending Jarrods to others – their communication is outstanding and their product superb!!
