In Their Words

Great Team – Outstanding Work. Achieved everything we wanted, a sympathetic solution to the property whilst giving a modern edge and allowing / creating more reflected light. Can’t recommend enough.

First class service from start to finish, very professional outfit at a reasonable cost. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. We are delighted with our new oak and glass staircase – thank you!

The whole team from Jarrods from start to finish provided an excellent service. The product is good quality and good value for money. We are delighted with the end product.

We had decided to renovate our staircase and contacted the ‘usual suspects’ along with Jarrods for an initial review and conversation. From the very start of the process, Jarrods Salesman (John) was extremely knowledgable without being pushy and gave us a great rundown of this family business. We decided to go for an Oak and Glass renovation with lighting and a feature step. The fitters (Adam & Scott), did an incredible job. They were friendly, happy and professional and had a clear pride in both their work and the company. The renovation was completed ahead of time, and the quality is absolutely superb. Their work has transformed what was a very normal white gloss spindled staircase into a beautiful modern contemporary focal point as you enter our home. The lighting really makes them stand out at night, and once the carpet has been completed, this will really finish off the job. From making the initial order through to completion, everything was easy and hassle free. I cannot recommend Jarrods highly enough – they were also considerably cheaper than their ‘rival’. Thanks to all for making this such a pleasurable experience.

We are more than happy with the stair installation which has turned out to be even better than we were expecting. Adam and his assistant worked almost non stop to finish in good time and were clearly keen to make sure that we were satisfied with there workmanship. A very convivial and professional team, backed up by the team back at base keeping us informed about the process.

We are pleased with our newly renovated staircase. We chose Jarrod’s because we liked their professional but friendly approach. They were able to offer us a bespoke design solution for our staircase and delivered that design with a team of highly skilled carpenters and fitters. The installation team led by Rathan were on site for 4 days and did an excellent job of fitting the staircase. They involved us when we needed to be, either to seek our opinion or explain what they were doing. They set up a canopy each day on the drive to work under and at the end of each day they cleared up after themselves. In light of our experience, we would definitely recommend Jarrod’s to friends and family and indeed to anyone seeking to have their staircase renovated.

A very professional job from start to finish. Salesperson very helpful offering a range of options. Installation was carried out quickly and competently by helpful and friendly fitter. Would definitely recommend Jarrods to anyone considering refurbishing their old stairs. The site was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. All appointments made were kept on time. Thank you.

Very professional service. High quality materials and fitting. Very pleased and would definitely recommend. The staircase now looks totally transformed.

We had two quotes for renovating our stairs. We decided on Jarrods because not only did they offer engineered tops to the newel posts – a feature we liked – but they were very straight up on pricing unlike a competitor who seemed to pluck numbers out of the air to try and “do a deal”.
Lead time of 6 weeks was perfectly acceptable and gave us time to get out artex skimmed. The surveyor was very professional and very carefully went through our order pointing our what to expect in the smallest details i.e in matching grains etc. The fitting team were delightful – lovely boys who just got on with the job. They set up a tented workshop on my drive and were extremely clean and considerate making sure the family could still use the house while they worked. They obviously took pride in their work and couldn’t wait to photograph the job once they had finished to share their handiwork with the rest of Jarrods.

Everyone we have spoken to or met – the receptionist, accounts office, salesman, surveyor and fitting team have been cheerful and lively, informative and professional.

We have no hesitation in recommending Jarrods. My decorator who put our wallpaper up was most impressed and took photos of the staircase himself as he will be passing Jarrods name onto his own clients.
