In Their Words

All the Jarrods people were very professional throughout whole process. Our sales consultant was credible and informative. He did not rush us and responded quickly to queries. Surveyor arrived as agreed and was thorough and helpful solving an awkward design question that we had perfectly. Fitting went ahead on agreed dates. Fitter worked tirelessly and professionally and did a great job. He was very friendly and left our home in a clean and tidy state. The quality of product is also excellent. It was all fitted as promised and the final result has exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jarrods!

We live in a relatively small and modest house , which we renovated after our children left the nest, however looking at the staircase we puzzled for a long time how we could improve this area too. Googling for ideas led us to Jarrod’s Staircases; A home visit was soon arranged when accurate measurements were taken and ideas discussed. The price and conditions were agreed . The fit was completed in one day with the minimum of fuss & disruption. The workmanship was excellent & the fitter was both polite and cheerful. This morning we sat together on the top step and agreed that our decision to have this work done was a good one. The landing now looks lighter & cleaner, enabling us a modern looking interior. We have no hesitation to recommend Jarrod’s Staircases and thank them once again for an excellent job well done.

Jarrods were brilliant, they exceeded our expectations in matching, manufacturing and installing our design. The service was superb throughout, great communication and quality.
The installer’s were fantastic and we are so pleased with the finished stairs.
I would recommend Jarrods, they rise to the challenge and exceed, Thank you Jarrods.

We are delighted by the service that we have received from Jarrods. As the cost of the exercise was going to be quite considerable we obtained four estimates. We were impressed by two companies, Jarrods and the company which might be regarded as the sector leader. In the end the only way we could choose was on price. Jarrods estimate was about 5% lower than its rival.

The initial site visit from Jarrods was most informative, pointing out potential problems as well as benefits. After we had accepted Jarrods quote the survey and design visit gave further insight into what would be involved; the possibility of minor damage to plaster etc. was explained at length.

After a lead-in time of about five weeks the installation took three days. The installer was obviously a gifted craftsman and could not have been more polite and helpful, suggesting several minor modifications to our plans. He left the house neat and tidy. There was, of course, minor damage to plaster work but, in fact, much less than we had expected and like most people I suppose we had arranged for the hall, landing and stairs to be redecorated.

In summary, I can recommend potential buyers to investigate Jarrods as suppliers of their new staircase

A first rate company who offer terrific customer service from beginning to end. Everyone involved are clearly passionate about what they do which was one of the reasons we chose them. Fitters Adam and Scott were excellent. The weather was awful on the day of fitting but their determination to maintain standards was evident. They were clean and tidy and left little need to repair plasterwork.. Adam was always clear and precise with explanations. A twelve hour day without a break was beyond the call of duty| We are delighted with the outcome and would willingly recommend them to others.

Wanting to update our hall stairs & landing we contacted Jarrods after googling ‘Bespoke Staircases’. So glad we did! Greg aka ‘The Staircase Guru’ spent several hours in our home without us at any point feeling under pressure and designed a more contemporary look to the area we wanted. Paul the Surveyor was helpful and informative and the two carpenters Adam and Scott were clean tidy workers who never stopped from 8am to 6.30pm when they went home! We are so pleased with the result … thank you Jarrods!

Can’t speak highly enough of the company, entire process from initial consultation through to fitting has been superb. Great product, great price, great workmanship.

I am delighted with my renovated staircase. The process went very smoothly from placing the order to the work being carried out. I particularly liked the fact that your salesman went through the design options but at no time did I feel under pressure to place an order. Your fitters, Nick and Ollie, worked well and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. The finished staircase has transformed my hall and I am looking forward to finishing the decoration and having a new carpet fitted to complete the look.

We never write reviews! But this is the exception because Jarrods really were exceptional. So professional and easy to deal with from start to finish. The fitters (Adam and Scott) were friendly and hard working and experts at their job. Real craftsmen. We are absolutely delighted with the finished, renovated staircase, which has had a greater impact on both the hall and the landing than we could ever have hoped for. We are so glad that we had it done and would honestly highly recommend Jarrods to anybody.
