In Their Words

In my previous property I had carried out a staircase renovation and when I bought my current property I knew that I wanted to renovate the staircase and landing. I chose Jarrods as the company gave me an absolute feeling of well being from the first point of contact. Other companies visited me but none matched the careful approach of Jarrods. This company, Jarrods, has a straight forward approach to the pricing of the project which I found very satisfactory. There were no inducements offered by the salesman or falsely high pricing so that discounts could be given. This is a much better way to do business. All staff I have found to be interested in the project and also they have taken all steps to make sure I was satisfied and happy at all stages of the project. The installation was carried out superbly and there was very little disruption to my daily routine. The finished product is exactly what I wanted and has added greatly to the appreciation I have for my new property. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding and the cost of the project is excellent value. I thoroughly recommend Jarrods for high class workmanship with a very friendly and caring touch.

From point of sale to completion Jarrods were responsive, professional, and provided good value for money. Adam, who actually fitted the staircase also went the extra mile with finishing touches. In all, “they did what it says on the tin” We are well satisfied

This is a company I would highly recommend for its customer service in always being informed, the ease of doing business with them, politeness and finally the absolute professionalism and skill with which they went about their work.

The standard of the finished article was outstanding in 2 and a half days, without breaks a complete staircase, glass side, and a wooden upstairs landing were completed.

From the start the designer showed the types of wood and glass, made suggestions, the surveyor who came after was extremely thorough, the carpenter technician worked right through.

What we are left with will last for many years and is a showcase for great workmanship.

We were delighted with the professional service we received from Jarrods Staircases from start to finish. Initially we had a visit from John the designer. He explained everything carefully and helped us with our decisions. Then Richard the surveyor came and we began to see how our staircase would turn out. Adam worked really hard on the installation and the end result was wonderful, beyond are expectation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jarrods to anyone. Various members of our family have visited and have been very impressed with the transformation. Great!

Throughout the process from initial contact to the survey and installation all has been conducted in a very professional and timely manner by the staff who have all been very friendly and helpful. This is despite the limitations of Covid 19. A couple of minor adjustments were followed up and dealt with within days. The result has been a major transformation to our dated hall and stairway and looks beautiful. We would certainly recommend this company for any similar project.

A very pleasurable experience. From the designer, the surveyor, the craftsman – who fitted the staircase, and all the staff in the office, the process has been seamless. We would thoroughly recommend using Jarrods as a company. We even had Jarrod himself helping out at the installation stage, due to the company coming out of the lockdown restrictions, great teamwork, and we felt part of the Jarrods family.

The process with Jarrods was very easy from start to finish. The end product is fantastic and we are so pleased with our new staircase.

I am difficult to please and don’t write gushing reviews so let’s just say this: It is Impossible to speak highly enough of the Jarrods team, from the first visit to discuss design and quote, through to survey, contracts and admin, (everything explained, all questions patiently and clearly answered), and on to installation by the exceptional Adam, whose efficiency, craftsmanship, hard work and cheerfulness made the whole experience a pleasure and left us with a fantastic staircase – we are absolutely thrilled with it. Jarrods exceeded our expectations, (which were high), a great product and great service from beginning to end.

Jarrods did an excellent job with our staircase. Very happy with the final results – looks fantastic. Fitters were very polite and tidy. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
